We use Stripe, a trusted third-party service, to handle all subscriptions. Your payment details, including card numbers, are securely stored on their platform. Stripe is widely used by many SaaS providers and meets high security standards, so you can be confident your information is safe and protected from unauthorised charges.
How can I update my invoice to include company details?
To update your invoice with your company details, follow these steps: 1. Go to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click ‘Manage billing info’. 2. On the next page, select ‘Update Information’ in the Billing Information section. 3. Here, you can add or edit your company name, ABN or VAT number, and other billing details. 4. Once you’ve updated your information, you can download the revised invoice from the ‘Invoice History’ section.
How do I update my billing information?

Why did my payment fail?
First, double-check that your credit card details are correct. Sometimes our payment provider, Stripe, may require extra verification, so keep an eye out for any prompts during checkout. Your bank might also block certain transactions, so check for any messages from them. Please note, Stripe currently can’t process payments from Russia. If you need help, feel free to email us.
What is usage-based billing?
If you need more credits but don’t want to upgrade to a higher plan, you can enable usage-based billing. This means you’ll be charged for extra credits at the set price per credit for your plan. Once your additional usage totals $5, you’ll receive a bill for payment; any amount under $5 will roll over to the next billing cycle.
How do I switch my subscription to annual billing?
To switch to annual billing, simply select the "annually" option on the pricing page. This will show you the yearly prices for all subscription plans, calculated as ten times the monthly rate—so you get two months free. Changing from monthly to annual billing counts as a subscription upgrade, so you’ll be charged the full annual amount straight away, and your new billing cycle will start immediately.
Apart from Stripe, are other payment methods like PayPal or bank transfer available?
Currently, VisionStory only accepts payments via Stripe.
How can I subscribe for just one month and make sure I’m not charged again?
You can sign up for your preferred plan and then cancel your subscription straight away. Your subscription will stay active for the full month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you won’t be charged for the next month.
