What is the exchange rate between credits and minutes for video generation?
For standard video generation, each 15 seconds of video costs 1 credit, and videos shorter than 15 seconds also use 1 credit. If you use the green screen feature, it costs an extra 1 credit per minute. HD videos (720p) cost double the standard rate, so 2 credits per 15 seconds. All credit calculations are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
How can I purchase more credits?
You can get more credits by upgrading to a higher-tier plan, which gives you more credits at a better rate. If you’d prefer not to upgrade, you can turn on usage-based billing—this means you’ll be charged for extra credits at your plan’s set price per credit. Once your extra usage totals $5, you’ll receive a bill for payment; any amount under $5 will roll over to the next billing cycle.
Are credits refundable?
Credits for failed tasks are automatically refunded. If you’re not happy with the results of a successful task, you can submit feedback using the feedback button on the video details page. Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the issue, the credits for that task will be refunded.

How are credits calculated for AI podcast videos?
We estimate the podcast length based on the number of characters and pauses in your script, or by the actual duration of your uploaded audio. For podcast videos (using the V-Talk model at 720p resolution), 2 credits are charged for every 15 seconds of video (with any duration under 15 seconds rounded up to 15 seconds). Exporting in 1080p resolution costs an extra 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. Using the V-Character model adds 1 extra credit per 15 seconds. If any segment uses a two-person shot, the credit usage for that segment is doubled. If the total credits calculated is a decimal, it’s rounded up to the next whole number.
How are credits calculated for AI presentation videos?
We add up the script text from each slide to estimate the total video length (if a slide doesn’t have a script, it’s counted as 3 seconds). For presentation videos (using the V-Talk model at 720p with a transparent background), you’ll be charged 2.25 credits for every 15 seconds of video (any time under 15 seconds is rounded up to 15 seconds). Exporting in 2K resolution costs an extra 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. If you use the V-Character model, there’s an extra charge of 1 credit per 15 seconds. If the total credit amount isn’t a whole number, it’s rounded up to the next whole credit.
