Is video generation free?
Every registered user receives 10 free credits, plus a weekly login bonus of 4 credits. These credits let you create videos totalling up to around 2 minutes. Once you’ve used all your free credits, you’ll need a subscription to continue. We believe this free credit allowance gives you plenty of time to get to know and enjoy our platform.
Where can I provide feedback if I’m not happy with the generated video results? Can I get my credits back if I’m not satisfied?
On the video details page, you’ll find a feedback button. If you submit feedback about unsatisfactory results, we’ll review it and may refund the credits used for that task. You can also email us with your feedback if you prefer.
What’s the maximum video length I can generate?
The maximum video length you can create depends on your subscription plan. The Free Plan allows up to 15 seconds, the Lite Plan up to 1 minute, the Pro Plan up to 3 minutes, and the Advanced Plan and above allow up to 10 minutes per video.
Which aspect ratios can I use when creating videos?
VisionStory supports 9:16 (portrait), 16:9 (landscape), and 1:1 (square) aspect ratios for video creation.
How can I remove the watermark from my videos?
To remove the watermark from your videos, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.
What is the Green Screen feature and how do I use it?
You can enable the Green Screen feature during video creation. A Green Screen video has a solid green background, making it easy to separate the person in the foreground. You can then use editing tools like CapCut to swap out the green background for any image or video you like. To access the Green Screen feature, you’ll need to be on the Pro Plan or above. Using this feature costs 1 extra credit per minute of video, with a minimum charge of 1 credit.
What is an HD video, FHD video and how do I use them?
An HD video is a video with 720p resolution, while an FHD video is 1080p resolution. You can select either HD or FHD when generating your video. To use the HD feature, you’ll need to be on at least the Pro Plan. For FHD videos, you’ll need to subscribe to the Advanced Plan or higher.
How can I control the emotions or expressions of the person in the video?
You can control the emotions and expressions of the person in your video by choosing from options like cheerful, angry, marketing, news, or singing. These are designed for different scenarios, so you can customise the video to suit your needs.
Will the videos I create be visible to others?
No, only you can see the videos you create. However, if you share the generated video using a share link, others will be able to view it.
How do I delete a video I’ve created?
To delete a video, go to the video details page and click the delete button. Please note that once deleted, this action can’t be undone.
How many tasks can I submit at the same time?
The number of tasks you can submit at once depends on your plan: free users can submit 2 tasks, Lite users can submit 3, Pro users can submit 4, and Advanced or Ultra plan users can submit up to 6 tasks simultaneously.
Why is my task in a queue?
While we do our best to provide enough computing power for all users, your task might be placed in a queue if there’s high demand or limited resources at peak times. Tasks are prioritised according to your subscription level, with higher-tier plans getting higher priority in the queue.
Can I change the title of my video?
The AI will automatically generate a title for each video you create, but you can rename it on the video details page. When you download the file, it will be named using your chosen video title and the creation date for easy organisation.
How can I improve the quality of my generated video?
To get the best results for your video, upload a clear, front-facing, high-resolution image with visible shoulders and no obstructions. Use high-quality audio for speech, and choose suitable emotions and expressions for your character—lip sync usually works best with smiling expressions. If you’re not happy with the outcome, you can submit feedback using the button on the video details page, and you may be eligible for a credit refund for that task.

What video resolutions are available on VisionStory, and how many credits does each require?
VisionStory supports video resolutions of 480p and 720p. Standard videos are generated in 480p, costing 1 credit per 15 seconds (with a minimum of 1 credit for shorter videos). If you’d like to generate HD videos in 720p, you’ll need to be on a Pro Plan or higher, and these cost 2 credits per 15 seconds (minimum 1 credit). Currently, 1080p resolution is not available. Credits are deducted based on the video length and selected resolution.
What video generation models are available, and how do they differ?
We currently offer two video generation models: V-Talk and V-Character Preview. V-Talk is mainly used for creating talking videos with high-quality facial expressions and accurate lip sync. V-Character Preview includes additional features such as hand movements and more dynamic body actions.
