We use Stripe, a trusted third-party service, to handle your subscription payments. All your payment details, including card numbers, are stored securely on their platform. Stripe is widely used by many SaaS providers and adheres to high security standards, so you can be confident that your information is safe.
How can I update the invoice to include company information?
To update your invoice with company information, go to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click ‘Manage billing info’. On the next page, select ‘Update Information’ in the Billing Information section. Here, you can enter your company name, VAT number, and other billing details. Once you’ve made the changes, you can download the updated invoice from the ‘Invoice History’ section.
How do I update my billing information?

Why has my payment failed?
Firstly, please check that the credit card details you have entered are correct. Occasionally, our third-party payment provider (Stripe) may require extra verification, so be sure to follow any prompts during the payment process. Your bank may also block certain transactions, so look out for any notifications from your bank. Please note that Stripe is currently unable to process payments from Russia. What is usage-based billing?
If you need to use more credits but do not wish to upgrade to a higher plan, you can enable usage-based billing. This means you will be charged for additional credits at the agreed price per credit according to your plan. Once your extra usage reaches $5, an invoice will be generated for payment; any amount under $5 will be carried over to the next billing cycle.
How can I switch to annual billing for my subscription?
To switch your subscription to annual billing, simply select the "annually" option on the pricing page. This will show the yearly payment amounts for all subscription plans, calculated as ten times the monthly price—giving you two months free. When you change from monthly to annual billing, it counts as a subscription upgrade, so you’ll be charged the new plan’s price straight away, and your billing cycle will restart from that point.
Apart from Stripe, are other payment methods such as PayPal or bank transfer accepted?
Currently, VisionStory only accepts payments via Stripe.
How can I subscribe for just one month and make sure I’m not charged for the following month?
You can subscribe to your preferred plan and then cancel the subscription straight away. Your subscription will remain active for the full month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, ensuring you are not charged for the next month.
