Create more, pay only for what you need. Start free, then choose a plan that fits your production volume — every paid plan includes premium AI video features and credits that carry over between billing cycles.
Yes. Every registered user receives 10 bonus credits on sign up, plus a Weekly Visit Bonus in each week you visit, starting the week after you sign up — 4 credits on Free and Lite, 8 on Pro, 20 on Advanced and 60 on Ultra. You can use the Free plan to try core AI video workflows before subscribing. Free-plan limits, including maximum video length and task priority, are shown in the plan comparison above.
Credits are the currency for generating video on VisionStory. V-Character talking video costs 1 credit per 4-second interval at 720p, with partial intervals rounded up. 1080p adds 0.5 times the base credits, 2K adds 2.5 times the base credits, and Green Screen adds 0.25 times the base credits. Each add-on is rounded up separately to a whole credit, then added to the base credits. At the base rate, 1–4 seconds cost 1 credit, 5 seconds cost 2, and 60 seconds cost 15. AI Presentation, Video Podcast, Avatar Story, standalone Tools, video face swap, and OpenAPI use separate pricing. The exact cost for your settings is always shown on the generation screen before you submit. If you have an active subscription, you can add credits by upgrading your plan, buying a one-time credit pack, or enabling Auto Recharge. Purchased credits never expire.
Unused Subscription credits carry over while your subscription stays active, with a cap applied at each renewal: the balance carried over from earlier cycles is kept up to 2× your plan’s monthly credit allowance (for annual plans, the yearly allowance divided by 12), and any excess expires when your new credits are issued. Bonus credits from sign-up, activity, referrals, or promotions and Permanent credits from purchased credit packs do not expire. If your subscription is canceled or lapses because of a payment failure, unused Subscription credits are revoked when the membership ends.
Paid plans unlock watermark-free video, commercial usage rights, voice cloning, 1,000+ voices across 88 languages, green screen video, HD and higher-resolution output, longer single-video durations, higher task priority, and more concurrent generations. Each higher tier raises those limits, includes more credits, and offers better value for frequent generation.
Yes. Use the Monthly and Annually controls above to compare both billing options. Annual billing is priced at the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, giving you 2 months free, and the full year’s credits are allocated in one payment. Switching from monthly to annual billing is treated as an upgrade: the annual charge is applied immediately and a new billing cycle begins. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Auto Recharge automatically buys your chosen number of credits when your paid balance — your Subscription credits plus Permanent credits from purchased packs, and not Bonus credits — falls below the threshold you set. It requires an active subscription, and purchased credits never expire. You can configure or turn it off from the Billing page.
Signing in does not by itself change the published price for a plan and billing cycle. The pricing page loads the current plan data directly from VisionStory. If you already have a subscription, the final checkout amount may reflect your current plan, an upgrade credit, or an active promotion. Review the total shown at checkout before confirming payment.
An upgrade takes effect immediately when your payment is confirmed instantly, as it is with a card. VisionStory calculates a prorated discount based on the lesser of your unused credits or the days remaining in your current billing cycle, deducts that amount from the price of the new plan, and charges you only the difference. When the upgrade is billed, unused Subscription credits from your old plan are revoked — up to one billing period's worth of that plan's credit allowance — before your new plan's credits are issued. Permanent credits from purchased credit packs and Bonus credits are not affected. If you pay by bank debit, such as SEPA Direct Debit or ACH, your bank can take a few days to process the payment: you keep your current plan's benefits until it is confirmed, and the upgrade is then applied automatically.
A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan’s features and limits until then. Unused credits already in your account remain available in the meantime. Once the downgrade becomes active, carried-over Subscription credits are kept up to 2× the new plan’s monthly allowance at each renewal (any excess expires), and new credit allowances, maximum video length, resolution, voice-clone limits, and concurrent-task limits follow the lower-tier plan.
Sign in, open the pricing page, and use the Cancel Subscription control under your active plan, then follow the on-screen steps. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and unused subscription credits are reclaimed once it ends.
Refunds are handled under the VisionStory Refund Policy, which sets out the qualifying cases and the request window. Read the full terms in the Refund Policy.
Sign in with the account that owns the subscription before choosing a plan. VisionStory will use your current subscription when determining the available upgrade, downgrade, or billing-cycle change. Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment is confirmed and may receive a prorated credit based on the unused portion of the current plan; downgrades begin with the next billing cycle. The app’s pricing and checkout screens show the final change before you confirm it.
Subscription prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and that is the currency you are charged in; where we don't support it, prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Credit packs are listed in US dollars, and in most countries Stripe converts the amount and charges you in your local currency at checkout. The exact amount and currency always appear on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm. If you would rather be billed in US dollars for a subscription, turn on the “Pay in USD” switch on the pricing page in the app before you subscribe — once a subscription is active, its currency can no longer be changed.
