How to delete your account

1. In the VisionStory app (iOS or Android)Open the Account tab, tap your profile at the top to open Account details, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then type DELETE in capital letters to confirm.
2. On the webLog in at visionstory.ai, go to your Profile, click Delete Account, and confirm in the dialog.Log in to delete my account
3. Can't log in?Email feedback@visionstory.ai from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process your request within 7 days.

Before you delete

• Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account first.
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

What happens after you request deletion

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you'll be signed out on all devices.
• Within 30 days, we permanently delete your account and associated data.

Data we delete

• Account information: email address, name, phone number, profile photo, and linked sign-in methods (Google, Facebook, Apple)
• Content you uploaded: photos, videos, audio, and files
• Everything you created with VisionStory: generated videos, characters, podcasts, presentations, and drafts
• Your credit balance

Data we may keep

• Records of purchases and payments, kept in de-identified form where required by tax and accounting laws.
