What is the conversion rate between credits and minutes for video creation?
For standard video creation, 1 credit is used for every 15 seconds of video, and even videos shorter than 15 seconds will use 1 credit. HD videos require double the credits compared to standard videos, and green screen videos need 1 extra credit per minute.
How can I purchase additional credits?
You can purchase more credits by upgrading to a higher-tier subscription plan, which gives you more credits at a better rate. If you prefer not to upgrade, you can enable usage-based billing, where extra credits are charged at the per-credit rate of your current plan. When your extra usage reaches $5, you will receive a bill for payment; any amount below $5 will be carried forward to the next billing cycle.
Are credits refundable?
Credits used for failed tasks are automatically refunded. If you are not happy with the result of a successful task, you can submit feedback using the feedback button on the video detail page. Once we review and confirm the issue, the credits for that task will be refunded to you.
What happens to my credits when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, any unused credits from your previous plan will be retained and carried over to your new plan. You will also receive the credits included with your new plan immediately upon upgrading. There is no loss of credits when you upgrade.
What happens to my credits if I downgrade my plan?
If you downgrade to any subscription plan, all the credits currently in your account will be retained.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, all credits provided under your subscription plan will be revoked on the day you cancel.
What happens to unused credits in my subscription plan?
Any unused credits in your subscription plan will stay in your account as long as your subscription is active, even if you upgrade or downgrade your plan. However, if you cancel your subscription (either by choice or due to payment failure), all remaining credits will be removed on the day your membership ends.
How are credits given when I switch to annual billing?
When you switch to annual billing, you will receive all the credits for the entire year at once, so you can plan your usage accordingly. Any unused credits from your previous plan will also be carried forward to your new annual plan.
Does VisionStory provide weekly or daily login credits?
VisionStory offers a Weekly Visit Bonus, where users receive credits for visiting the platform each week. The number of bonus credits increases with higher membership tiers. The bonus is automatically added to your account when you visit the site during the week. If you do not log in that week, you will not get the credits. There is no daily login bonus.
