To make a video, upload a clear front-facing image that shows the shoulders and has no obstructions. Then, either type the text you want the avatar to say or upload/record your own audio. Select a voice from 1,000+ options in 88 languages, click Generate, and your talking video will be created quickly.
Every registered user gets 10 free credits plus a weekly visit bonus (the amount depends on your plan tier). The free credits are enough for a short talking video of roughly 30 seconds. Once all the free credits are used up, a subscription is required. We believe this gives you plenty of time to fall in love with our product.
If you’re on a paid plan, open the assets page (https://app.visionstory.ai/assets), click the unsatisfactory video, and use the feedback button on its details page. Feedback is available for talking-avatar videos, Video Podcast, AI Presentation, AI Video Agent, and Viral Music; we review it, and if we confirm the issue, the credits for that task are refunded. Failed tasks are refunded automatically, so they don’t need feedback. Face Swap and AI Video Generator (Kling, Seedance, Wan) results do not have a feedback button — please open a support ticket or email us at feedback@visionstory.ai instead.
The maximum video length supported depends on your subscription plan. Free users can generate videos up to 30 seconds. The Pro plan allows up to 3 minutes, and the Advanced and Ultra plans allow up to 10 minutes.
VisionStory supports 9:16 (portrait), 16:9 (landscape), and 1:1 (square) aspect ratios for video creation.
To remove the watermark from your videos, you need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.
You can turn on the Green Screen feature during generation. A Green Screen video is a video where the background is filled with a solid green colour, making it easier to isolate the person in the foreground. You can import this video into editing tools like CapCut to replace the green background with another image or video of your choice. You need to subscribe to at least the Pro Plan to use the Green Screen feature. For V-Character talking video, Green Screen adds 0.25 times the base credits. The base is 1 credit per 4-second interval, with partial intervals rounded up; the Green Screen charge is rounded up separately to a whole credit and added to the video cost. A 60-second video uses 15 base credits, so Green Screen adds 4 credits, regardless of the resolution.
An HD video is a video with 720p resolution, while an FHD video has 1080p resolution. You can select either HD or FHD when generating your video by choosing the desired resolution option. To use the HD feature, you need to subscribe to at least the Pro Plan. For FHD videos, you must have an Advanced Plan or higher.
You can control the emotions and expressions of the person in the video by choosing from different options like cheerful, angry, marketing, news, or singing. These options are designed for various situations, so you can customise the video as per your specific requirements.
No, only you can see the videos you create. However, if you share the generated video using the share link, others will be able to view it.
You can delete a video by visiting the video detail page and clicking on the delete button. Please note that once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
The number of tasks you can submit simultaneously depends on your subscription plan: free users can submit up to 2 tasks at once, Pro plan users can submit 4 tasks, Advanced plan users can submit 6 tasks, and Ultra plan users can submit 10 tasks at the same time.
We do our best to provide enough computing power for all users, but sometimes your task may be placed in a queue if there are too many requests at the same time. Tasks are processed based on priority, so users with higher-tier subscription plans will have their tasks handled first.
Yes, AI automatically generates a title for each video you create, but you can change it. Just go to the assets page (https://app.visionstory.ai/assets), click on your video, and use the rename button on the video details page. When you download the video, the file will be named as per your chosen title along with the creation date for easy organisation.
To improve the generation result of your video, make sure you upload a clear, front-facing, high-resolution image with visible shoulders and no obstructions. Use high-quality audio for speech, and choose suitable emotions and expressions for your character. Lip sync tends to work better with smiling expressions. If you get unsatisfactory results on a paid plan, use the feedback button on the video details page to share your feedback, and you may receive a credit refund for that task.

VisionStory offers 720p, 1080p, and 2K video resolutions; higher resolutions are available on higher plan tiers — see the pricing page for your plan’s limit. For V-Character talking video, the base is 1 credit per 4-second interval, with partial intervals rounded up. 720p has no resolution add-on; 1080p adds 0.5 times the base credits, and 2K adds 2.5 times the base credits. The resolution add-on is rounded up to a whole credit before it is added to the base. A 60-second video costs 15 credits at 720p, 23 at 1080p, or 53 at 2K, before optional Green Screen charges. AI Presentation videos render at 1080p or 2K (there is no 720p option) and have their own 4-second rate; Video Podcast has its own per-second rate; AI Video Agent (Avatar Story) and Viral Music cost 1, 2, or 5 credits per second at 720p, 1080p, or 2K.
Our native talking-video model is V-Character, which generates talking videos with expressive faces, accurate lip sync, and dynamic hand and body movements. We also offer external cinematic video models—Kling, Seedance, and Wan—which are billed per second of output and cost more than native generation.
