We use Stripe, a trusted third-party service, to handle all subscriptions. Your payment details, including credit card numbers, are stored securely on Stripe’s platform. Stripe is widely used by many SaaS companies and follows strict security standards, so you can feel confident that your information is protected and won’t be charged without your authorization.
How can I update my invoice to include company information?
To update your invoice with company information, follow these steps: 1. Go to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click ‘Manage billing info’. 2. On the next page, click ‘Update Information’ in the Billing Information section. 3. Here, you can update your company name, VAT number, and other billing details. 4. Once you’ve made your changes, you can download the updated invoice from the ‘Invoice History’ section.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, head to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click ‘Manage billing info’. From there, you can update your billing details, including your credit card information.
Why did my payment not go through?
First, make sure the credit card information you entered is correct. Sometimes, our third-party payment provider (Stripe) may require extra verification, so watch for any prompts during the payment process. Your bank might also block certain transactions, so check for any messages from your bank. Please note that Stripe currently cannot process payments from Russia. If you need help, feel free to email us for support.
What is usage-based billing?
If you need more credits but don’t want to upgrade to a higher plan, you can turn on usage-based billing. This means you’ll be charged for extra credits at the per-credit rate set by your current plan. Once your additional usage totals $5, you’ll receive a bill for payment; any amount under $5 will roll over to your next billing cycle.
How do I switch my subscription to annual billing?
To switch to annual billing, go to the pricing page and select the "annually" option. This will show you the yearly prices for all subscription plans, calculated as 10 times the monthly rate—so you get 2 months free. When you change from monthly to annual billing, it counts as a subscription upgrade, so you'll be charged the full annual price right away and your new billing cycle will start immediately.
Other than Stripe, are payment methods like PayPal or bank transfer accepted?
Currently, VisionStory only accepts payments via Stripe.
How can I subscribe for just one month and make sure I’m not charged for the next month?
You can subscribe to your preferred plan and then cancel your subscription right away. Your subscription will stay active for the full month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you won’t be charged for the following month.
