What is the exchange rate between credits and minutes for video generation?
For standard video generation, each 15 seconds of video costs 1 credit, and videos shorter than 15 seconds also use 1 credit. If you use the Green Screen feature, it costs an extra 1 credit per minute (rounded up to the nearest minute). HD videos (720p) cost double the standard rate, so 1 extra credit per 15 seconds. If your total credit calculation results in a decimal, it will be rounded up to the next whole number.
How can I purchase additional credits?
You can get more credits by upgrading to a higher-tier plan, which gives you more credits at a better rate. If you’d rather not upgrade, you can turn on usage-based billing—this lets you buy extra credits at your plan’s per-credit price. When your extra usage totals $5, you’ll receive a bill for payment; any amount under $5 will roll over to your next billing cycle.
Are credits refundable?
Credits for failed tasks are automatically refunded. If you’re not satisfied with the results of a completed task, you can submit feedback using the feedback button on the video details page. Once we review and confirm the issue, the credits for that task will be refunded.
What happens to my credits when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, any unused credits from your previous plan will be kept and carried over to your new plan. You’ll also receive the credits included with your new plan right away.
What happens to my credits if I downgrade my plan?
If you downgrade to any subscription plan, your existing credits will remain in your account.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel your subscription, all credits provided through your subscription plan will be revoked on the day you cancel.
What happens to unused credits in my subscription plan?
Any unused credits from your subscription will stay in your account as long as your subscription is active, even if you upgrade or downgrade your plan. If you cancel your subscription—either by choice or due to a payment issue—your remaining credits will be revoked when your membership ends.
How are credits given when I switch to annual billing?
When you switch to annual billing, you’ll receive all your credits for the year in one lump sum, so you can plan your usage more easily. Any unused credits from your current plan will also be kept and carried over to your new annual subscription.

How are credits calculated for AI podcast videos?
We estimate the podcast duration based on the number of characters and pauses in your script, or by the actual length of your uploaded audio. For podcast videos created with the V-Talk model at 720p resolution, 2 credits are used for every 15 seconds of video (any duration under 15 seconds is rounded up to 15 seconds). Exporting in 1080p adds an extra 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. Using the V-Character model adds 1 more credit per 15 seconds. If a segment uses a two-person shot, the credit usage for that segment is doubled. If the total credits calculated is a decimal, it will be rounded up to the next whole number.
How are credits calculated for AI presentation videos?
We add up the script text from each slide to estimate the total video length (if a slide doesn’t have a script, it’s counted as 3 seconds). For presentation videos (using the V-Talk model at 720p with a transparent background), 2.25 credits are used for every 15 seconds of video (any length under 15 seconds is rounded up to 15 seconds). Exporting in 2K resolution costs an extra 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. If you use the V-Character model, there’s an additional charge of 1 credit per 15 seconds. If the total credit amount isn’t a whole number, it’s rounded up to the next full credit.
