How many tasks can I submit at the same time?
The number of tasks you can submit at once depends on your plan: free users can submit 2 tasks, Lite users can submit 3 tasks, Pro users can submit 4 tasks, and Advanced or higher plan users can submit up to 6 tasks simultaneously.
Why is my task in a queue?
While we do our best to provide enough computing power for all users, your task may be placed in a queue if resources are limited during peak times. Tasks are prioritized based on your subscription level, with higher-tier plans receiving higher priority in the queue.
Can I change the title of my video?
The AI automatically creates a title for each video you make, but you can rename it on the video details page. When you download the file, it will use your chosen video title along with the creation date to help you keep things organized.

Currently, 1080p resolution is not available. Credits are deducted per 15-second segment, and any video shorter than 15 seconds will still use 1 credit.
