We use Stripe, a trusted third-party service, to handle all subscriptions. Your payment details, including card numbers, are stored securely on Stripe’s platform. Stripe is widely used by many SaaS companies and follows strict security standards, so you can be confident that your information is safe and protected from unauthorised charges.
How can I update the invoice to include my company details?
To update your invoice with company details, follow these steps: 1. Go to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click on ‘Manage billing info’. 2. On the next page, click ‘Update Information’ under the Billing Information section. 3. Here, you can enter your company name, VAT number, and other billing details. 4. After saving the changes, you can download the updated invoice from the ‘Invoice History’ section.
How can I update my billing information?

Why did my payment fail?
Firstly, please check that the credit card details you entered are correct. Sometimes, our payment partner (Stripe) may ask for extra verification, so do look out for any prompts during the payment process. Your bank might also block certain transactions, so check for any alerts or messages from your bank. Currently, Stripe is unable to process payments from Russia. If you need any help, you are welcome to email us for support.
What is usage-based billing?
If you need to use more credits but do not wish to upgrade to a higher plan, you can activate usage-based billing. With this option, you will be charged for extra credits at the per-credit rate specified in your current plan. When your additional usage totals $5, an invoice will be generated for payment. Any amount less than $5 will be carried forward to the next billing cycle.
How can I switch to annual billing for my subscription?
To switch your subscription to annual billing, go to the pricing page and select the "annually" option. This will show you the yearly prices for all plans, calculated as 10 times the monthly rate, so you get 2 months free. When you change from monthly to annual billing, it counts as a subscription upgrade—the new plan amount will be charged immediately, and your billing cycle will restart from that date.
Apart from Stripe, are other payment methods like PayPal or bank transfer accepted?
Currently, VisionStory only supports payments via Stripe. Other payment methods such as PayPal or bank transfer are not available at this time.
How can I subscribe for just one month and make sure I am not charged for the next month?
You can subscribe to your preferred plan and then cancel the subscription immediately after. Your subscription will stay active for the full month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you won’t be charged for the next month.
