Credits are the currency for generating videos. Each 15 seconds of video costs 1 credit, and videos shorter than 15 seconds also use 1 credit. For example, a 1-second video uses 1 credit, while a 30-second video uses 2 credits. You can get more credits by subscribing to a plan or turning on usage-based billing.

Usage-based billing lets you keep generating after your plan’s included credits run out. When it’s turned on, any usage beyond your monthly credits is billed at your plan’s per-credit rate, so a project never stops halfway. You can turn it off at any time.

Paid plans include a monthly pool of credits, higher-resolution output, longer videos, and faster generation than the free plan. Higher tiers add more credits and production features for teams that publish regularly.

When you upgrade, the new plan and its larger credit allowance take effect immediately, and you’re charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle. Any credits you already have are kept.

A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan’s credits and features until then. After that, your credit allowance and features match the lower tier.

You keep access to your plan’s features and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period. After it ends, your account moves to the free plan — your projects and generated videos stay in your library.

Because generating a video consumes compute as soon as you run it, credits and subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you run into a billing issue or an unexpected charge, contact support and we’ll help sort it out.
