Credits

We estimate video duration based on the number of characters and pauses in your text input, or by the actual length of your uploaded audio. Credits are charged in 15-second increments (any duration less than 15 seconds is rounded up to 15 seconds). For standard avatar videos using the V-Talk model at 480p resolution, 1 credit is required per 15 seconds. For the V-Character model at 480p, the cost is 3 credits per 15 seconds. Additional features increase the cost per 15 seconds: choosing 720p resolution adds 1 extra credit, and 1080p adds 1.5 extra credits per 15 seconds.

You can purchase more credits by upgrading to a higher-tier subscription, which offers a greater number of credits at a more cost-effective rate. If you prefer not to upgrade, you can enable usage-based billing, which charges you for extra credits at the rate specified in your current plan. Once your additional usage totals $5, an invoice will be generated for payment; any amount under $5 will be carried over to the next billing cycle.

Credits for failed tasks are automatically refunded. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a successful task, you can submit feedback using the feedback button on the video details page. Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, the credits for that task will be refunded.

When you upgrade your plan, any unused credits from your previous subscription will be retained and carried over to your new plan. You will also receive the credits included with your new plan upon upgrading.

If you downgrade to any subscription plan, the credits currently in your account will be retained.

If you cancel your subscription, all credits provided as part of your plan will be revoked on the day of cancellation.

Any unused credits from your subscription will stay in your account for as long as your subscription remains active, even if you upgrade or downgrade your plan. However, if you cancel your subscription—either by choice or due to a payment failure—those credits will be removed when your membership ends.

When you switch to annual billing, all the credits for the year are provided to you in one lump sum, enabling you to plan your usage more effectively. Any unused credits from your previous plan will also be retained and carried over to your new annual subscription.

VisionStory offers a Weekly Visit Bonus, granting users credits for visiting the platform each week. The number of bonus credits increases with higher membership tiers. Credits are automatically awarded when you visit the site during the week; if you do not visit, you will not receive the bonus. There is no daily login bonus.

For presentation videos created with the V-Talk model at 720p resolution and a transparent background, 2.25 credits are charged for every 15 seconds of video (any duration under 15 seconds is rounded up to 15 seconds). Exporting in 2K resolution adds an extra 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. Using the V-Character model adds 1 extra credit per 15 seconds. If the total credit calculation results in a decimal, it will be rounded up to the next whole number.
