What is the exchange rate between credits and minutes for video generation?
For standard video generation, each 15 seconds of video costs 1 credit, with any duration under 15 seconds rounded up to 15 seconds. The green screen feature adds 1 extra credit per minute. HD videos (720p) require 1 additional credit per 15 seconds, and higher resolutions or advanced models may incur further charges. If the total credit calculation results in a decimal, it will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
How can I purchase additional credits?
You can purchase more credits by upgrading to a higher-tier subscription, which offers a greater number of credits at a more cost-effective rate. If you prefer not to upgrade, you can enable usage-based billing, which charges you for extra credits at the rate specified in your current plan. Once your additional usage totals $5, an invoice will be generated for payment; any amount under $5 will be carried over to the next billing cycle.
Are credits refundable?
Credits for failed tasks are automatically refunded. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a successful task, you can submit feedback using the feedback button on the video details page. Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, the credits for that task will be refunded.
What happens to my credits when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, any unused credits from your previous subscription will be retained and carried over to your new plan. You will also receive the credits included with your new plan upon upgrading.
What happens to my credits if I downgrade my plan?
If you downgrade to any subscription plan, the credits currently in your account will be retained.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?

What happens to unused credits in my subscription plan?
Any unused credits from your subscription will stay in your account for as long as your subscription remains active, even if you upgrade or downgrade your plan. However, if you cancel your subscription—either by choice or due to a payment failure—those credits will be removed when your membership ends.
How are credits allocated when I switch to annual billing?
When you switch to annual billing, all the credits for the year are provided to you in one lump sum, enabling you to plan your usage more effectively. Any unused credits from your previous plan will also be retained and carried over to your new annual subscription.

How are credits calculated for AI podcast videos?
We estimate the podcast duration based on the number of characters and pauses in your script, or by the actual length of your uploaded audio. For podcast videos created with the V-Talk model at 720p resolution, 2 credits are charged for every 15 seconds of video (with any duration under 15 seconds rounded up to 15 seconds). Exporting in 1080p resolution costs an additional 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. Using the V-Character model adds 1 extra credit per 15 seconds. If any segment features a two-person shot, the credit usage for that segment is doubled. If the total credit calculation results in a decimal, it is rounded up to the nearest whole number.
How are credits calculated for AI presentation videos?

Exporting in 2K resolution adds an extra 0.5 credits per 15 seconds. Using the V-Character model adds 1 extra credit per 15 seconds.
