Subscription Plans
Subscribing to a VisionStory plan gives you access to premium features such as watermark-free videos, commercial usage rights, 1,000+ diverse voices, voice cloning, green screen videos, HD video output, longer video durations, higher task priority, and the ability to submit more tasks at once. Higher-tier plans offer even more features and better value for your credits.
To cancel your subscription, visit the pricing page (https://app.visionstory.ai/pricing) and find the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button beneath your current plan. Click this button and follow the on-screen instructions. If the "Cancel Subscription" button is not visible, please check for any outstanding invoices, as these must be settled before you can cancel. If you experience any difficulties with cancellation, please contact us for assistance.
When you upgrade your subscription, we calculate a prorated discount based on the lesser of: (1) your unused credits, or (2) the remaining days in your current billing cycle. This amount is deducted from the price of the new plan, and you’ll only pay the difference. If you pay by card, the upgrade takes effect immediately. If you pay by bank debit (SEPA Direct Debit or ACH), the payment can take a few business days to clear; you stay on your current plan until then, and the upgrade is applied automatically once the payment clears.
If you downgrade to a lower subscription level, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your credits will remain available until then. After the downgrade takes effect, at each renewal the carried-over balance is kept up to 2× the new plan’s monthly credit allowance; any excess expires.
If you cancel your subscription, your membership will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. Unused Subscription credits are revoked when your membership expires. Permanent credits from purchased credit packs and Bonus credits from sign-up, activity, referrals, or promotions stay in your account and do not expire.
When selecting a subscription plan, consider your video creation requirements, such as the maximum video length, the number of monthly credits, and the features you need. The Pro plan gives you access to all features, while the Advanced and Ultra plans offer higher video resolutions, longer durations, and a lower cost per credit for greater usage.
