Subscribing to a VisionStory plan gives you access to premium features such as watermark-free videos, commercial usage rights, 1,000+ diverse voices, voice cloning, green screen videos, HD video output, longer video durations, higher task priority, and the ability to submit more tasks at once. Higher-tier plans offer even more features and better value for your credits.
To cancel your subscription, go to the pricing page (https://app.visionstory.ai/pricing) and locate the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button under your subscribed plan. Click the button and follow the on-screen instructions. If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" button, please check if you have unpaid bills, you must pay those invoices before you cancel the subscription. If you encounter any trouble in cancelling, please reach out to us.
When you upgrade your subscription, we calculate a prorated discount based on the lesser of: (1) your unused credits, or (2) the remaining days in your current billing cycle. This amount is deducted from the price of the new plan, and you'll only pay the difference. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
If you downgrade to a lower subscription level, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your credits remain available until then. After the downgrade takes effect, at each renewal the carried-over balance is kept up to 2× the new plan’s monthly credit allowance; any excess expires.
If you cancel your subscription, your membership will stay active until the end of the current subscription period. Any unused credits will be revoked by then.
