To permanently delete your account, go to the Profile page and click the "Delete Account" button. This will erase your account and all associated data permanently. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

Your credit card information is securely handled by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider. All payment details, including card numbers, are stored on Stripe’s platform, which is widely used and meets high security standards. This ensures your information is safe and protected from unauthorized charges.
How do I add my company information to my invoice?
To add your company information to your invoice, go to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click ‘Manage billing info’. On the next page, select ‘Update Information’ in the Billing Information section. Here, you can enter your company name, VAT number, and other billing details. After saving your changes, you can download the updated invoice from the ‘Invoice History’ section.
How can I update my billing details?
To update your billing details, navigate to the ‘Subscription Details’ section on the pricing page and click ‘Manage billing info’. There, you can update your billing information, including your payment card.
Why did my payment fail?
First, make sure your credit card information is entered correctly. Sometimes, our payment provider (Stripe) may require extra verification, so watch for any prompts during checkout. Your bank might also block certain transactions, so check for any alerts from your bank. Please note that Stripe currently cannot process payments from Russia. How does usage-based billing work?
If you need more credits but don't want to upgrade your plan, you can enable usage-based billing. This option charges you for extra credits at your plan's per-credit rate. When your additional usage totals $5, you'll receive a bill for payment; if it's less than $5, the amount will roll over to the next billing cycle.
How do I change my subscription to annual billing?
To switch to annual billing, go to the pricing page and select the "annually" option. This will show you the yearly prices for all subscription plans, calculated as 10 times the monthly rate (giving you 2 months free). When you switch from monthly to annual billing, your subscription is upgraded immediately, you are charged the full annual price, and your new billing cycle starts right away.
Are payment methods other than Stripe, such as PayPal or bank transfer, available?
Currently, VisionStory only accepts payments via Stripe. Other payment methods like PayPal or bank transfer are not supported at this time.
How do I subscribe for just one month and avoid being charged for the next month?
Subscribe to your preferred plan and then cancel the subscription right after. Your subscription will stay active for the full month, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you won’t be charged for the next month.
